We used AirMax under our home warranty and they were amazing! We also used them 4 years later when we had an issue and received the same great level of service. Beware of other companies old republic might have in there network, and try to get this company! You will thank me later as good service is hard to come by.
Brian and Caleb arrived just a few minutes early, which was fine with me, and they diagnosed the reason my heat was not coming on very quickly. It was an bad ignitor. They were able to replace it quickly and now my home is all warm again! They are always very professional, courteous and good to explain their findings and what the solution is!
Can’t say enough good things about this company.. Heater not working, submitted home warranty repair request. These guys were able to get out here same day, on time and communicated well. They properly diagnosed the issue, repaired it in a timely manner and left me pleased and impressed. Kudos.

Fabian is fantastic. He keeps our 25 year old units running! He knows his stuff, doesn’t try to sell expensive fixes we don’t need. The repairs we do need are very affordable. This company has great customer service skills! Karina who answers the phone is also great at asking questions to provide the service you need. Very honest, reliable company. I’ve been using them for 6 years.
We found Air-Max through our home warranty company. Until today we’ve had mixed results using the warranty – until we were serviced by Air-Max. Professional in every sense. They had a technician in our area and was at our home within the hour. David diagnosed the issue, had a part on the truck and had our upstairs cooling within a half hour. I cannot say enough good things about this team and would encourage you to call them FIRST before potentially calling a company that might take advantage of you. Just a great all around team including Carina (sorry if spelled wrong) she was awesome as well!!!!
Have used Air-Max for years including at my former house. Fabian always does a great job and only recommends what is needed and nothing more. Karina the office manager is always polite and courteous. Service work is always good and they have always worked promptly to be onsite ASAP, which is most critical in the Texas heat. Fabian does all the AC work for three other of my family members and we are all always very pleased. I can’t recommend Air-Max any higher.
I have been in this home for three years and have my HVAC serviced twice a year but no one has spent quite as much time on my unit as this company has. I think most hesitate to spend time because the unit is 20 years old. Very professional service, and on time as promised. Thank you.
