Our technician Fabian is very good and whenever there is something to be done or a part that needs attention or replacing he gives us the options so we can make an informed decision. Office is incredible. We got told that we had to replace our entire HVAC system at the cost of about $12k. After speaking with Karina at Air-Max, and giving her some details about our system, she said that it didn’t sound like it needed to be replaced. Fabian came to my house the next day and went over all our options. He said that he could replace it but it wasn’t necessary. We did, however, need to replace our outside unit but it cost less than half of the price the other HVAC service quoted us. They completed the job soon thereafter, in just a couple of hours. Fabian even came back today to check to see how the new system was working. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They were honest and fair and wasn’t just trying to sell us a whole new system. We cannot express enough HOW WONDERFUL our experience with Air Max Solutions was! From Day 1, Karina was responsive and very detail oriented on everything AMS would do, and what to expect on our end. She walked us through all the issues and how to work with our home warranty company. On the day of a/c installation, the AMS installers were SO PROFESSIONAL, and took the time to care for our home by using carpet protection for our carpets, as they came in and out of our home. Installation was slick, done with care and with prompt professional service. We honestly HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED BETTER by a contractor…EVER! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND AMS, and will tell all our friends to use this fantastic company.

Our home warranty sent Air Max Solutions to check our A/C once the first company couldn’t fix it. Fabian came from Air Max and quickly diagnosed the problem and it was coil leak, so he reported the issue to home warranty, and was approved and part was ready in couple days and Air Max technicians came back installed and fix our A/C, then Fabian came back again in couple of days for quality check and he confirm installation and everything looks good. knowledgeable technicians and great turnaround time. Great office staff (Karina was a pleasure to work with, she was very polite and managed to schedule us promptly). I recommend Air Max Solutions definitely…

Have used Air-Max for years including at my former house. Fabian always does a great job and only recommends what is needed and nothing more. Karina the office manager is always polite and courteous. Service work is always good and they have always worked promptly to be onsite ASAP, which is most critical in the Texas heat. Fabian does all the AC work for three other of my family members and we are all always very pleased. I can’t recommend Air-Max any higher.

I had requested a service call through my home warranty because my lower unit compressor wasn’t coming on. Within a couple of hours I received a call from Karina setting up an appointment for the next available time. Fabian Barrera came out and immediately fixed my unit and told me how to do routine maintenance on the unit and to check to see if the fan was working. Because I was relatively new to using gas furnaces and not heat pumps, I asked him several questions about the performance and the difference in them and heat pumps. He answered all of my questions and offered to check out the units. He did and replaced some filters and told me about a safety shutoff valve that one of the units had that the other one didn’t. He asked me if I wanted one put on the unit that didn’t have one. He said it wasn’t completely necessary and explained the advantages. I agree and he put it on. I couldn’t have asked for a more thorough or professional service call than I received from Fabian. I would highly recommend Air-Max for any service call you may have and will use them for preseason checks of my systems in the future.
