Great service, on time and very knowledgeable about today’s heating and AC unit. Would highly recommend.

This company was very quick at fixing our issue with our A/C! We called our warranty company on Friday around 1pm and we were told that the first company couldn’t come out for about another 4 days or so and with Texas heat and having no A/C, no thank you! So, they ended up scheduling us with air-max instead who was able to do a 9/10am ish arrival that following day on a Saturday. We had a guy that came out and was very fast and polite and had our A/C working again after replacing a couple parts within an hour or two! After he left a few hours later I noticed our A/C wasn’t working again and gave them a call after hours. I had someone text me almost right away and offer to come out first thing in the morning again. This was a different gentleman and he was also very professional and quick with fixing our issue (it was our breaker that tripped, I know – I’m an idiot for not checking). He still replaced one additional part just to make sure we wouldn’t have anymore issues and our A/C has been blowing nice cold air ever since he finished up this morning. All the way from the lady we spoke with initially to the two techs that came out, this company is definitely one I’ll recommend. They were always polite, regardless of me being needy and took care of us! One service call payment to our warranty and we are back up and running 🙂

We cannot express enough HOW WONDERFUL our experience with Air Max Solutions was! From Day 1, Karina was responsive and very detail oriented on everything AMS would do, and what to expect on our end. She walked us through all the issues and how to work with our home warranty company. On the day of a/c installation, the AMS installers were SO PROFESSIONAL, and took the time to care for our home by using carpet protection for our carpets, as they came in and out of our home. Installation was slick, done with care and with prompt professional service. We honestly HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED BETTER by a contractor…EVER! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND AMS, and will tell all our friends to use this fantastic company.

Brian and Caleb arrived just a few minutes early, which was fine with me, and they diagnosed the reason my heat was not coming on very quickly. It was an bad ignitor. They were able to replace it quickly and now my home is all warm again! They are always very professional, courteous and good to explain their findings and what the solution is!

Our HVAC system heating failed to come on in the evening during a cold snap. Fabian from AirMax Solutions came out the following morning to check our furnace. He identified a pressure switch failure within minutes. The whole system was up and running within 20 minutes as he had a spare on his van. I found Fabian highly professional, experienced and efficient. AirMax Solutions are a keeper!
